I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 6 years of experience working with complex families and individuals to help them overcome the obstacles in their lives. I’ve worked with a diverse population whose ages ranged from 5 years of age to teens and adults. I’m committed to helping every person get to a better place, then when they first meet me. I know healing takes time, which is why I meet my clients wherever they may be on their journey.

My experience includes treating anxiety, depression, anger management, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, as well as low self-esteem, and mood disorders. Amongst my areas of experience are: personality disorders, couples/family conflict, crisis interventions, and emotional regulation.

I firmly believe a strong therapeutic alliance is the core aspect of helping people become successful throughout the treatment process. I provide a safe non-judgmental environment to enable individuals to feel heard, valued, and respected.

Treatment is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals through a collaborative approach. I use an array of treatment models with an emphasis on empathy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, humor, and cultural awareness.
