I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and use other therapy modules including ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, and other mindfulness tools to create a personalized treatment tailored for each client's needs. These therapy modules have been proven effective for those struggling with depression, generalized anxiety and PTSD.
My approach is client-centered, meaning I believe that you are the expert of your own life and experiences.
